瑞典肉丸-Swedish Meatball Köttbullar





各式的瑞典肉丸,都离不开肉丸的站台。

瑞典肉丸是必备的國民美食,黑醋栗酱汁配上奶油高汤,好一幅美丽的北欧风情。没法到瑞典一游,可到IKEA Food Court @ Ikea,Mutiara Damansara 来一客Swedish Meatballs,让你好吃得不能自拔。倘若想尝试住家式瑞典肉丸,以下的食谱绝对可省却你通往冤枉路的时间。

材料:
1- 碎牛/豬肉, 各半磅左右 (Minced beef/ pork, 1/2 lbs each)
2-洋葱1個, 去皮切粒 (1 onion, peeled, shredded)t
3- 蒜头2茶匙 (2 tsp chopped garlic)tonytsang and kareny recipy
4- 牛奶2/3杯 (2/3 cup of milk)tonytsang and kareny recipy
5- 面包糠1杯 (1 cup of breadcrumb)tonytsang and kareny recipy
6- 蛋2粒 (2 eggs)tonytsang and kareny recipy
7- 洋芫茜香草碎3汤匙 (3 tbsp of Parsley flakes)tonytsang and kareny recipy
8- 盐1汤匙 (1 tbsp of salt)tonytsang and kareny recipy
9- 黑糊椒1
匙 (1 tbsp of black pepper)tonytsang and kareny recipy
10- 生粉2
匙 (1 tbsp of corn starch)
11-
Lingonberry果醬
2匙(随各人喜好)
12-马玲薯2粒(2 potatoes)

汤汁tonytsang and kareny recipy
1- 浓缩鸡汤1/3罐 (1/3 cane of chicken broth)

2- 水1/2杯 (1/2 cup of water)

3- 奶1/3杯 (1/3 cup of milk)

4- 面粉3汤匙 (3 tbsp of flour)

5- 牛油2
匙 (2 tbsp of butter)tonytsang and kareny recipy
6- 老抽2茶匙 (2 tsp of black soy sauce)

过程:
1- 先大火加油(1汤匙)起锅, 加入洋葱和1茶匙盐炒软, 待洋葱涼后, 加入其他材料, 把材料顺钟方向搅拌, 再搓成小圆丸状;tonytsang and kareny recipy
2- 大火加油(1
匙)起锅, 转成中火, 將小丸煎至金黃及全熟 ,上碟备用, 再用中火白锅將汤汁兜勻煮滾至浓稠, 淋上肉丸, 洒上香草即成。
3-另外,端上去皮后
蒸熟的马玲薯,添加Lingonberry果醬即可大快朵颐。
